Custom and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized. All custom orders are final.

Because each MIFERRAX piece is handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in texture, color, or finish are natural characteristics of genuine leather craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will carefully review the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
