Materials & Craft：

Materials: Ostrich-embossed full-grain cowhide — quill-marked pattern with raised dots for an architectural, refined surface. Solid antique-brass hardware — hand-fitted and weighted for balance. Thread is waxed nylon, chosen for strength and a clean stitch line.

Craft: Each collar is cut from a single hide section, edge-painted in three passes, and burnished by hand. Hardware is set with reinforced backing to prevent pull-through under load. 7–15 business day production time.
